3. Arrange the airport journey
Compare the whole trip, not only airfare. Allow for baggage collection and road travel, and check late-night transport before selecting a flight.
4. Plan dinner and entry
Reserve early enough to reach the venue without rushing. Check the bag policy and mobile-ticket requirements, and charge your phone.
5. Leave with a plan
Identify the pickup or parking area in advance. Agree on a meeting point with your group and keep a fallback transport option.
